As part of our youth ministry efforts here at Faith, to engage young people in faith-building and positive community activities, we've started Youth Nights! These are bi-weekly meetings, held on Thursday nights, starting at 7 p.m. These gatherings focus on helping high school age youth navigate day to day peer/world pressures while building a relationship with God in a supportive environment with other young believers. We aim to teach students how to stand firm in their beliefs through God's Word, prayer, and catechism studies. We also make plenty of time for fun activities, crafts, games, and uplifting music, with regular community service opportunities and fundraising campaigns for special youth events! Faith's bible camp is an annual summer camp focused on engaging children with Christ's teachings in a fun, exciting way. We typically plan for June, with evening sessions from 6-8 PM over 4 days (details and dates can vary year to year). It often features a themed experience—like "Jungle Journey with Jesus"—designed to help kids explore Bible stories, discover faith, and share in Jesus' free gift through activities, games, crafts, songs, and bible lessons. Our bible camp is a great community event, aimed primarily at elementary and middle school ages to introduce or deepen children's understanding of scripture in a safe, welcoming environment.
